Simulation Software

This championship use rFactor 2 which can be purchased on Steam at the following link: rFactor 2

This championship is an online car racing simulation competition that required PC (Personal Computer). Participants must prepare their racing simulator equipment and ensure that the simulator equipment and internet run smoothly.

Cars and Tracks can be downloaded on the HME Website.
It is prohibited to use the car used in this competition to be used for other events.

Race Live Streaming
The race will be broadcast live in “Hondaisme” Youtube channel.

Success Ballast

The top five participants in the standings will get an additional car load. The additional load applies from the 2nd Round, based on the top 5 in the standings of each class. The distribution of additional car loads is regulated with the following conditions:

I : 50kg
II : 40kg
III : 30kg
IV : 20Kg
V : 10Kg

Additional Ballast

Participants who become the overall champion in the Master class at the HRSC 2 championship (last year) will get an additional 75 kg of ballast, excluding ‘Success Ballast’.

Class Distribution

Civic Type-R class – will be filled by 35 drivers. Consisting top 10 drivers from HRSC 2 Master Class and top 5 from HRSC 2 Rising Star, they have a special privilege to choose to stay in this class or join pre-qualification.
City Hatchback RS class – will be filled by 35 Drivers. Consisting of Top 5 Rookie class participants in HRSC 2 (last year) and Pre-Qualifiers.
Brio RS Urbanite class will be filled by 35 Drivers from Pre-Qualification result.
Participants who withdraw or are unable to take part/continue the championship, their slots will be offered to other participants who take part in Pre-Qualification.

Example of distributing participants in which class refer to the best results from the prequalification session:
– Albert Einstein in 4th best position in Brio RS Urbanite Pre-Qualification server.
– Albert Einstein in 1st position in City Hatchback RS Pre-Qualification server.
– Albert Einstein in 7th best position in Civic Type-R Pre-Qualification server.

Conclusion: Albert Einstein will be in Civic Type-R class.

Prize

The total main prize is Rp. 100,000,000, – (One hundred million Rupiah) cash, the prize is divided into two parts. It should be understood that cash prizes are not only given to the winners, but to all participants who get points which are arranged as follows:

Livery Competition

We have two types of livery design competitions, which are held during pre-qualification and during the main event.

A. Pre-Qualification Phase Livery Contest.

Prizes for participants who have the best Livery from each class and must follow the entire series of 6 rounds and/or finish at most (no DNF/race more than 75% laps per round) will get a total prize of Rp. 3.600.000. Inside the Pre-Qualification, participants can make a livery and only 1 best design from 3 classes will get Rp. 900,000,-

Pre-Qualification livery contest winner: Rp. 900.000,-

Civic Type R class: Rp. 1.200.000,-

City Hatchback RS class: Rp. 1.200.000,-

Brio RS Urbanite class: Rp. 1.200.000,-

Point Prize

Civic Type R – Rp. 65.000,-/poin
City Hatchback RS – Rp. 20.000,-/poin
Brio Urbanite RS – Rp. 10.000,-/poin

Cash prizes calculating (Example)

If the first winner in the Civic Type R class gets 141 points, it will get a cash prize of a total of Rp. 14.165.000,- , with the following calculation:

(141 x Rp. 65.000,-) + Rp. 5.000.000,- and can be added from point 1.2.

Participants who didn’t participate/DNS in one round, the prize will be reduced by 10%. If you do not start two rounds will be reduced by 20% and so on. The value of the prize reduction will be given to the First Winner in each class. If the prize money obtained by the participant is below Rp. 50.000,-, the prize participants will also be given to the First Winner in each class.
Participants who pass the Prequalification must take a minimum of 3 rounds, otherwise the participant will not be able to take part in the next HRSC event (‘Blacklisted’).
Participants who are entitled to prizes will be contacted via Whatsapp or Discord for delivery/distribute.
Participants who are entitled to prizes must provide an account number to the committee within a week after being contacted via Whatsapp or via Discord.

Kejuaraan ini adalah kompetisi simulasi balapan mobil online yang menggunakan PC (Personal Computer). Peserta wajib mempersiapkan alat masing-masing dan memastikan alat simulator dan internet berjalan lancar dalam mengikuti kejuaraan.

Success Ballast/Penambahan Beban
Lima peserta teratas di klasemen akan mendapatkan penambahan beban mobil. Penambahan beban berlaku mulai Putaran ke-2, berdasar urutan 5 teratas di klasemen tiap kelasnya. Pembagian penambahan beban mobil diatur dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
I : 50kg
II : 40kg
III : 30kg
IV : 20Kg
V : 10Kg

Penambahan Ballast

Peserta yang menjadi juara umum di kelas Master pada kejuaraan HRSC 2 (tahun lalu) akan mendapatkan penambahan ballast seberat 75 kg, di luar ‘Succes Ballast’.

Pembagian Kelas

Kelas Civic Type-R – Kelas Civic Type-R berisi 35 peserta yang terdiri Top 10 peserta kelas Master di HRSC 2 (tahun lalu) dan Top 5 peserta kelas Rising Star di HRSC 2 (tahun lalu), sisanya diberikan untuk peserta yang lolos berdasar hasil Pra-Kualifikasi.
Kelas City Hatchback RS – akan diisi 35 Peserta yang terdiri dari Top 5 peserta kelas Rookie di HRSC 2 (tahun lalu) dan hasil Pra-Kualifikasi.
Kelas Brio RS Urbanite akan diisi 35 Peserta dari dari hasil Pra-Kualifikasi.
Peserta yang mengundurkan diri atau tidak dapat mengikuti/meneruskan kejuaraan, slotnya akan ditawarkan ke peserta lain yang mengikuti Pra-Kualifikasi.

Contoh penempatan peserta di kelas dengan melihat hasil terbaik dari sesi prakualifikasi. Contoh:
-Albert Einstein ada di posisi ke 4 di kelas Brio RS Urbanite .
– Albert Einstein ada di posisi pertama di kelas City Hatchback RS
– Albert Einstein ada di posisi ke 7 di kelas Civic Type-R
Kesimpulan: Albert Einstein akan berada dan mengikuti kelas Civic Type-R .

Hadiah

Total hadiah uang tunai yang diperebutkan senilai Rp. 100.000.000,- (Seratus juta Rupiah), hadiah terbagi menjadi dua bagian. Perlu dipahami bahwa hadiah uang tunai tidak hanya diberikan kepada para juara saja, tetapi kepada seluruh peserta yang mendapatkan poin yang diatur sebagai berikut:

Hadiah bagi peserta yang memiliki Livery terbaik dari tiap kelasnya dan harus mengikuti seluruh rangkaian 6 putaran dan/atau paling banyak finish (tidak DNF/melakukan balapan lebih dari 75% lap tiap putarannya) akan mendapatkan total hadiah sebesar Rp. 3.600.000. Pada Kualifikasi peserta dapat membuat livery dan desain terbaik dari 3 kelas akan mendapatkan Rp. 900.000,-

Contoh perhitungan hadiah uang tunai

Jika juara pertama di kelas Civic Type R mendapatkan poin 141, maka akan mendapatkan hadiah uang tunai senilai total Rp. 14.165.000,- , dengan perhitungan sebagai berikut:
(141 x Rp. 65.000,-) + Rp. 5.000.000,- dan dapat ditambah dari poin 1.2.

Peserta yang tidak melakukan start di satu putaran, hadiah akan dikurangi 10%. Jika tidak melakukan start dua putaran akan dikurangi 20% dan seterusnya. Nilai pengurangan hadiah tersebut akan diberikan kepada Juara Pertama di setiap kelasnya.
Jika hadiah uang yang diperoleh peserta tersebut dibawah Rp. 50.000,- , hadiah peserta tersebut juga akan diberikan kepada Juara Pertama di setiap kelasnya.
Peserta yang lolos Pra-Kualifikasi wajib mengikuti minimal 3 Putaran, jika tidak, peserta tersebut tidak dapat mengikuti event HRSC berikutnya (di-’blacklist’).
Peserta yang berhak atas hadiah akan dihubungi melalui Whatsapp atau Discord untuk pengirimannya.
Peserta yang berhak atas hadiah wajib memberikan nomor rekening kepada panitia dengan batas waktu seminggu setelah dihubungi melalui Whatsapp atau melalui Discord.
